Frequently Asked Questions
Below are a selection of the most common questions we get asked. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to give us a call
1. How do I know which therapy to choose?
As many different therapies can help the same conditions (eg if you have backache should you have Bowen Therapy, see an osteopath or receive an acupuncture treatment?) this is a question that is often asked
The answer depends very much on you as an individual; someone may have recommended a particular treatment or practitioner to you. Alternatively, you may feel more or less comfortable with the different types of treatment available. It is also dependent on the specifics of your condition - for example backache covers a multitude of different symptoms
